Dawn Burke – Company President / Owner / Office Manager
Dawn joined Total Comfort Solutions full-time in 2018, bringing a career background in payroll and administrative management. In 2021, she was named Managing Partner and now serves as Company President, overseeing the financial and operational foundation that keeps Total Comfort Solutions running smoothly.
Dawn’s responsibilities include financial oversight and planning, payroll, employee benefits, human resources, contracts and certified payroll, software implementation, insurance, and banking. She is focused on practical improvements — the kind that make a real difference for the team and for the customer experience.
Dawn fosters a collaborative culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and she takes the customer experience personally.

Bill Burke – Project Manager / Owner
Bill has been working alongside his father in the HVAC business since age 14 and brings more than 40 years of industry experience to the Total Comfort Solutions team. He leads estimating and project management in the construction division, with deep expertise in new home construction, renovations, mid-rise residential projects, and light commercial work.
After earning his business management degree from West Chester University and joining Total Comfort Solutions full-time in 1995, Bill worked in the field before moving into a management role. He has shaped Total Comfort Solutions into the well-organized, capable operation it is today.
Outside of work:
- Traveling, coaching and playing ice hockey, skiing, and golf
Jeff Olewine – General Manager
Jeff brings 23 years of HVAC experience to his role as General Manager, having worked his way through nearly every corner of the industry — from ductwork and residential installs to sales, office management, and leading construction crews on major commercial projects. His range makes him an invaluable resource for both customers and staff.
Jeff holds EPA certification and has pursued ongoing professional development through vendor training programs and industry webinars throughout his career.
Outside of work:
- Spending time with his kids, hiking, paddleboarding, and fishing
- Active in his church community; lifelong Philadelphia sports fan
Giovanni Milano – Service Manager
Giovanni has been with Total Comfort Solutions since 2018 and brings approximately 40 years of experience as a service and repair technician. He is the person our customers turn to when they need a diagnosis they can trust and a repair done right.
Giovanni holds certifications in NATE, EPA 608, OSHA, Natural Gas/Gastite, geothermal systems, hydronic boilers, and mini-splits. He is especially skilled in energy-efficient solutions and complex system diagnostics.
Outside of work:
- Golf, working on cars, riding his motorcycle, and quality time with family — including car shows, wine and bourbon tastings, and time on the open road
Tom McCarty – Comfort Consultant
With over 23 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Tom specializes in service, installation, system design, indoor air quality (IAQ), and sales across a wide range of systems, including natural gas, propane, heat pumps, geothermal, ductless, and high-velocity systems. Tom has managed projects ranging from minor repairs to large-scale residential and commercial installations.
A highlight of his career includes designing a 30,000-square-foot custom home featuring ten ducted geothermal systems with advanced automation, zoning, air purification, and energy recovery solutions.
Tom is universally EPA certified, a certified master technician through Mainstream Engineering, and committed to ongoing education to stay current in this evolving field.
Outside of work:
- Spending time with his three children, playing music, and being active in the community through outdoor activities and church involvement
Alaina Evans – Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator
Alaina is often the first voice you hear when you call Total Comfort Solutions, and she sets the tone for every interaction. With 9-plus years of customer service experience and several years in HVAC dispatch, she manages the scheduling and coordination that keeps our operations running on time and our customers informed.
Alaina is sharp, organized, and calm under pressure — exactly what you want when you need help quickly.
